Aboriginal Housing Support Worker - Housing First

This role will work alongside a team of Assertive Case Workers who are responsible for the delivery of the assertive case management of people within the identified target group. 

You will provide support to clients in order to assist them in improving their mental health, general health and social wellbeing, accessing and maintaining housing, improving their quality of life, maximising self-management, independence and participation in the community.

Director of Housing

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Housing has overall responsibility for ensuring a high standard of operational performance and excellence in the delivery of Housing and Property management functions (the latter including all properties whether housing or otherwise under St Patrick’s longer-term ownership or control) across St Patrick’s existing and expanding portfolio. The role includes opportunities to drive workforce and cultural development and will also drive and support the implementation of the Housing Strategy 2023-2028 (a copy of the strategy can be requested).

This role will work effectively with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure business sustainability and future growth. This will involve a total commitment to accountability, reporting and KPI analysis driving continuous improvements as a foundation for future business development opportunities. With responsibility for a large operational budget, the Director of Housing will lead teams across two streams of services; Tenancy and Property, which will require a focus on core delivery of providing leadership and guidance in the development of procedures and business processes using both a commercial and strategic outlook.
